Pakistani nuclear terrorist, A.Q. Khan’s network is still up and running!
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Mary Louise Kelly, a correspondent for National Public Radio (NPR) alleges that A.Q. Khan, a Pakistani government official who bought and sold nuclear knowledge and supplies in the international black market (for the Government of Pakistan), appears to be safe from prosecution despite U.S. efforts. Pakistan isn't pursuing charges against him (fearing that it may get implicated), and cases in Germany and Switzerland are languishing. Meanwhile, experts say Khan's network is still up and running (with the help of the Pakistani military dictatorship.)
